Add disabled styles to form-control choice components (#2758)

This PR's primary goal was to add disabled styles to the form-control checkbox, radio and switch components. As part of this update, we also introduce some new naming for form-control-choice tokens which apply specifically to checkbox, radio and switch components. The following tokens were renamed or added and applied as needed:

- Renamed `--vb-[component]-foreground` > `--vb-[component]-color`
- Renamed `--vb-[component]-accent` > `--vb-[component]-color-checked`
- Renamed `--vb-[component]-background` > `--vb-[component]-fill`
- Added `--vb-[component]-opacity-disabled`

The following form-control tokens were also added to help set shared base styles for choice components:

- Added `--vb-form-control-foreground`
- Added `--vb-form-control-background-disabled`
- Added `--vb-form-control-background-readonly`
- Added `--vb-form-control-choice-color`
- Added `--vb-form-control-choice-color-checked`
- Added `--vb-form-control-choice-fill`
- Added `--vb-form-control-choice-background-[property]`

**Additional changes**

- `table`: Added the `table-header-foreground` token.
- `input`: Added disabled opacity and background tokens.
- `core`: Fixed labels triggering disabled component event styles.
