Explains that AND is the implicit default (no combinator needed),
and points to eitherOf() for the case where AND groups need to be
composed inside OR logic, with a side-by-side equivalence comment.

* 📄 Rework 'Composing with Validation' for first-class integration layer

- Open with a pointer to @umpire/zod for the common case; frame the
  page as covering the conceptual boundary and check() specifically
- Collapse the two separate manual-pattern sections into one
  'How availability maps to validation' section that explains both
  rules (disabled=skip, required=Umpire's output) and shows the manual
  loop as 'what's happening under the hood' rather than the recommended path
