chore: bump version to 0.9.1

Patch release: adds the cached-body helper to ExMCP.HttpPlug introduced
in 17a41f2. No breaking changes — the helper falls through to read_body/1
when conn.assigns[:raw_body] is absent, so existing callers see no
behavior change.
