fix: address code review findings

Reorder declarations in app/ui/sidepane/ per conventional Go layout:
constructor first, then public methods, then private methods, then
private package functions.

- sidepane.go: move ensureVisible private func to end of file
- filetree.go: move buildEntries private method from directly after
  NewFileTree to the start of the private methods group
