perf(kest-core): bound the signing thread pool in async_wrapper (A-01-I) (#34)

- Replace asyncio.to_thread with loop.run_in_executor in async_wrapper.
- Implement a module-level singleton ThreadPoolExecutor for signing.
- Add KEST_SIGN_WORKERS environment variable to configure pool size.
- Add unit tests for executor singleton and sizing logic.
