🧹 Json Validation Naming Cleanup (#13)

* ⚙️  JSON pkg refactor to support "validators"

There was a mixing of concerns here that bugged me, but serializing
inherently requires validation so with validation as "suppoerted" in
core, it allows us to validate without mixing concerns with check. Still
some work to do to pull out some "named checks" that still confuse
validation with "check"ing.

* ⚙️  JSON "checks" -> "validators"

Using checks in this package was a misnomer and a mixing of metaphors
that I was never really happy with. Now having the concept of supported
validators as a first-class concept in umpire core allows the portable
json package to define necessary validators and name them more
appropriately to reduce confusion.

* 👾 Add conformance test for validators
