fix: handle triple-dot refs in revFlag, make test hermetic

- revFlag now handles A...B (triple-dot) refs by translating to
  ancestor(A,B)..B in Mercurial revset syntax
- TestDetectVCS_Git uses a temp dir with .git instead of relying
  on running inside the revdiff checkout
