fix(ui): soften auto-derived word-diff bg shift for better contrast

The auto-derived WordAddBg/WordRemoveBg used a 0.15 HSL lightness
shift, which roughly doubled the lightness of the default palette's
very dark add/remove bgs (L≈0.11-0.15 → L≈0.26-0.30). The resulting
word-diff spans were visibly brighter than intended and crushed
contrast against syntax-highlighted text rendered on top of them.

Drop the shift to 0.08 so word-diff spans land at L≈0.19-0.23 — still
clearly distinguishable from the base line bg, but close enough that
the foreground text keeps its readable contrast.

Explicit WordAddBg/WordRemoveBg values and theme overrides are
unaffected; only the default auto-derivation path changes.
