    Step 3: Upgrade Java Source/Target to 25 (Final Validation) - Compile: SUCCESS, Tests: 11/11 passed

    - pom.xml: maven.compiler.source/target 17 → 25
    - README.md: updated Java requirement from 17 to 25, Maven requirement from 3.6 to 3.9
    All 11 tests pass at 100% pass rate.
