Add comprehensive test coverage for game store refactoring and TUI shell components

Add frontend tests covering game store settings application, clock modes, error handling, and AI move strategies. Add Scala specs for TuiShell snapshot state, menu navigation, prompt handling, and TerminalPalette ANSI formatting. Expose test-only methods in TuiShell for input processing and session initialization.
