refactor: rename bitaxe-supra to bitaxe-403 (#89)

* fix: harden mining task stability and network recovery

- release SHA/AES hardware lock during idle queue wait and tier-1 yield
- fix midstate corruption: acquire SHA lock before prepare_job at tier-1
- increase tier-2 yield delay from 1ms to 5ms for WPA2 handshake window
- stop holding SHA lock persistently after sha256_hw_init()
- register asic_mining_task with TWDT and feed at each loop iteration
- add 30-minute no-share-submitted watchdog in stratum task
- exponential backoff on stratum reconnect (5s to 60s cap), reset on job
- reduce stale job timer from 10 to 5 minutes
- make mining_pause() return bool; callers skip resume on failure
