align market_data module, prelude exports, and v3.0 guidelines (#448)

* fix: align market_data module structure, feature guards, and prelude exports

Move switch_market_data_type impl blocks from market_data/mod.rs into
realtime/async.rs and realtime/sync.rs to match domain module pattern.
Simplify redundant feature guards in client/mod.rs. Export ExecutionFilter,
OrderUpdate, and Orders in async prelude.

* add v3.0 philosophy to CLAUDE.md and protobuf migration plan

- document that v3.0 welcomes breaking changes for API consistency
- add protobuf-only transport plan in todos/
