Rewrite README for cohesion

- Remove siloed sections: transforms, sorting, wt., len/count, Column()
  are now integrated under unified "Filtering and ranking" section
- Remove fictional advanced example (predict_column, annotate_reference
  don't exist yet)
- Consolidate four predictor tables into one
- Quick start examples now show DSL features (--ranking, --rank-by with
  expressions) instead of just basic flags
- Add multi-model CLI example
- Remove all Python-only claims (everything works via CLI strings)
- Tighten structure: Inputs → Models → Filtering/Ranking → Output
