Missing data for custom action columns (#470)

* Prevent string parse failure on missing data

* Transform array data to match transformed object data

* Add example table with missing data for custom action columns

Include data both as array of arrays and array of objects for demonstration purposes.

* Remove obsolete debugging

* Add column option for determing optional data

Connect the column option to arrays of arrays of data so it can be used to skip the position in the data row for proper display when a column has no data.

* Update test cases with new column option

* Add implicit testing for empty column data

* Change column API option for empty column data

* Update MUIDataTable.js

* Update MUIDataTable.js
