perf: optimize dongle mining loop and reduce display contention (#83)

- inline sha256_hw_mine_nonce directly in nonce loop (eliminate indirect call)
- two-tier yield: lightweight work-check every 256K, full yield every 1M nonces
- revert yield-block mutex to non-blocking (stats updates are advisory)
- reduce display scroll render frequency to every 4th tick (200ms vs 50ms)
- remove unused draw_text_2x_st7735 function
