utils.postprocess: fix prettier argv for no-yapf package.json scripts

Prettier treats the first positional argument as the path; pass
`--ignore-unknown` before `.` so check and write scripts match CLI
expectations. Simplify the markdownlint command string. Extend the
no-YAPF post-process test to assert the emitted Prettier fragments.
