Update README with comprehensive predictor table from mhctools

Replace one-line predictor list with structured tables covering:
- MHC-I predictors (NetMHCpan versions, MHCflurry, MixMHCpred)
- MHC-II predictors (NetMHCIIpan versions)
- IEDB web API variants
- Python-only classes (BigMHC, NetMHCpan42, NetMHCstabpan, Pepsickle, NetChop)
Each entry shows CLI flag, class name, and output kinds.
