* feat: add PDB drain test workflow and Knative app scenario

* test(knative): add image reference validation for airgapped installs

Add assertions to verify that Knative serving and eventing components
use tagged image references rather than digest references (@sha256:)
in pods, deployments, jobs, and environment variables. Includes a
specific test for the queue-proxy sidecar image to ensure registry
overrides are correctly applied for airgapped environments.

* chore: cleanup trailing whitespace in pdb drain workflow and knative tests

* test(knative): add caIssuerName to istio helm dependency config

* test(knative): update flux api to v2 and fix istio dependency installation

Update HelmRelease references from v2beta2 to v2. Fix the Istio
dependency installation to work in test environments by applying the
helmrelease subdirectory directly, installing the ServiceMonitor CRD,
creating config overrides to disable cert-manager dependencies, and
removing the kube-prometheus-stack dependency from istio-helm-base.
Also update label selectors for Knative component verification and
pin Kind node version to v1.34.0.

* test(knative): extend digest validation to ConfigMaps and transient jobs

Enhance the airgapped image validation to check ConfigMap data values
(e.g., eventing-integrations-images, eventing-transformations-images)
for digest references. Add polling logic to detect transient jobs
(storage-version-migration, cleanup) before they disappear. Include
debug logging for troubleshooting image reference violations.

* test(knative): add regression test for knative-ingress-gateway creation

Verify the knative-ingress-gateway Gateway exists in knative-serving
namespace after installation and has valid server configuration.
Addresses NCN-105488.
