docs(zed): add Zed integration guide to README and site

Add Zed integration section to README with link to site docs.
Add full guide to site/docs.html with task definitions, keybinding
setup, clipboard notes (macOS/Linux), and screenshot gallery.
Revert .zed/tasks.json to master (dev-only tasks).
