Enhance AGENTS.md with detailed codebase documentation

Expand the AGENTS.md file with comprehensive details:

- Detailed repository layout with per-file descriptions for all key
  packages (devices, netdevice, accelerator, auxnetdevice, infoprovider,
  cdi, utils) and deployment/image/docs directories
- Document composition pattern in pkg/devices/ (APIDeviceImpl,
  HostDeviceImpl, GenPciDevice, GenNetDevice struct embedding)
- Document provider abstractions in pkg/utils/ (NetlinkProvider,
  RdmaProvider, SriovnetProvider, VdpaProvider)
- Add dual license header guidance (Intel vs NVIDIA SPDX styles)
- Add device discovery and filtering pipeline diagram
- Document Kubelet registration modes (plugin watch vs deprecated)
- Add CLI arguments table and deviceType-to-selector mapping table
- Add key dependencies table with purposes
- Document test helpers (testing.go files) and testdata directory
- Add guide for adding new system providers
- Expand CI section with runner labels and mod/vendor validation
- Add Ginkgo-specific test running commands
