fix(cli): stop writing to both .bashrc and .bash_profile for bash users (#1939)

* fix(cli): write to .bashrc only for bash, drop .bash_profile from RC file list

* fix(cli): clean up legacy .bash_profile PATH block on configure and remove

* test(cli): update bash PATH tests and add legacy .bash_profile migration scenarios

* fix(cli): only log .bash_profile cleanup when block is actually present

* fix(cli): run .bash_profile cleanup unconditionally, not inside configureShellPath

* test(cli): assert cleanupLegacyBashProfile is called on every validation run
