🤖 Robot Rules Audit

Project has evolved and changed a bit. Decided it made sense to take a
pass at tightening these rules to make things work better (hopefully).
Time will tell if this is a wonderful amazing idea or if everyone hates
me for bloating their context windows with instructions they could've
just given themselves? Who knows it's all a brand new field right?
