Replace Affinity/Presentation aliases with K proxy using mhctools Kind names

Instead of parallel names (Affinity, Presentation, etc.), use a single
K proxy that maps directly to mhctools Kind enum names:

    from topiary import K
    (K.pMHC_affinity.value <= 500) | (K.pMHC_presentation.rank <= 2.0)

Works for any Kind, including custom ones, without needing new aliases.
