🧨  Rename Core Type > FieldStatus

The older FieldAvailability was 1) long and 2) confusing after
introducing the fair/foul concept (not just availabiliy now! also
appropriateness!)

Renaming to `Status` allows us to more easily mix in other concepts
while keeping the more common use-case (Availability) front and centre
  for upstream consumers (e.g. zod adaptor et all)
