feat: update dependencies and improve TypeScript configuration

- Added a new development script for running TypeScript in watch mode.
- Updated dependencies in package.json to their latest versions.
- Removed sonar-project.properties file as it is no longer needed.
- Updated API access tokens in asyncFunctions.ts and asyncFunctionsPromises.ts for Mapbox and Weatherstack.
- Modified tests to reflect new expected coordinates and error handling.
- Added new tests using async/await for promises in asyncFunctionsPromisesAsyncAwait.spec.ts.
- Cleaned up tsconfig.json for better organization and clarity.
- Fixed missing newline in typedoc.json.
