fix(test): update emailfrequency log test for OurEmailFrequency enum

Migration 2026_02_20_000002 added OurEmailFrequency to logs.subtype
enum. The test was querying subtype='' (old fallback when enum value
didn't exist). Remove the subtype filter so it works with any enum value.
