test #269 expand test_summary_dict and test_summary in test_hkl_soleil.py (#280)

Replace TODO placeholder tests with parametrized assertions checking:
- _summary_dict: top-level keys, engine names, pseudo/real axis lists,
  and mode names for the K4CV geometry
- solver_summary Table: column labels, specific engine/mode rows (engine,
  mode, pseudos, reals), and per-engine row counts
