feat!: Blank cardinal plural & context separator

Allow blank cardinal pluralization `{#}` and adjacent content `{#text}`
without requiring a space after `#`. This allows supporting languages
without grammatical plural forms (e.g. Japanese, Chinese).

Require at least one whitespace character between the closing `]` of
a context and the text body.

Add ErrCardinalPluralTrailingSpace and ErrContextNoSeparator errors.
