🙈  Ignore Dist from Coverage Output

Yeah so this is on my for sloppy review. Testing for devtools looks at
dist output to get around the funkiness inherent in testing preact
components. Didn't want to go crazy on config for just a dev tool
because it's not intended for production so basic coverage is fine. Took
a serious hit in coveralls without this config!
