docs(communications): message editing and drafts guide (#8773)

* docs(communications): add message editing and drafts guide

Add a standalone Messaging & Communications page for retract-and-correct
editing, in-place payload updates, browser and server-side drafts, and
operational notes (SSR, attachments, cleanup). Examples live in
messaging-examples.ts per docs conventions.

Wire the page into the sidebar and section index; cross-link from the
Communication lifecycle table. Renumber sidebar_position on adjacent
read-receipts and messaging-automations docs to avoid duplicates.
