feat(executor): rewrite merged package main to importable forstexec in temp modules

Go rejects importing another package main; the executor now writes user code under
`forstexec/` with `package forstexec` and imports `module/forstexec` from the
wrapper. Streaming `main.go` uses `buildMainGoHeader` so the user package is
actually imported and calls use the random alias.

fix(tictactoe): resolve repo-root `bin/forst` in forst-run smoke test

`exampleRoot` is `examples/in/tictactoe`; the default binary path needs three
`..` segments to reach the repo root (CI was resolving `examples/bin/forst`).

docs(tictactoe): note POST /invoke works after executor rewrite for merged main
