* Adding changes on AFT-1.1 with stream stats

* adding better logging

* uplifted logic to handle streaming failure immediately, ensuring collectors continue collecting still both the subscriptions complete, and print the lenf of buffer before exiting the collection

* fix for only checking BGP prefixes in aft table, letting buffer to empty even when stopping condition is met

* removed typo

* removed debug collections

* added filter for prefix, nhg and nh

* added telemetry tech collection

* added OTG teardown following FNT completion

* changed LPTS value to 20000

* remove ss.notifications, Data collected in ss.notifications can cause artificial memory growth. This data is not used during FNT and is deleted at completion. If users need to access this data, they must set the TEST_UNDECLARED_OUTPUTS_DIR environment variable before test execution to store it externally. This is not currently done in FNT. The unnecessary data collection significantly impacts memory usage. Memory Improvement After Removing Unused Data Collection: Memory growth reduced to approximately 50 GB and overall usage reduced to 42%
