feat(ui): fill pane backgrounds for themed views and add catppuccin-mocha, gruvbox themes

- extend add/remove/modify line backgrounds to full pane width via extendLineBg
- fill pane interiors with DiffBg/TreeBg by stripping viewport padding and re-padding
  with bg-colored spaces via padContentBg
- set BorderBackground on pane borders to match pane background
- apply DiffBg to context lines and line numbers when set
- add LineContextHighlight style for syntax-highlighted context lines
- brighten nord theme add/remove/modify foreground and background colors
- add catppuccin-mocha and gruvbox bundled themes (5 total)
- document custom theme creation in README and plugin reference
