Add Ghostty terminal support via AppleScript (#28)

* feat: add Ghostty terminal support via AppleScript

Add Ghostty as a fourth terminal backend for revdiff overlay launch
scripts, using Ghostty's AppleScript API (1.3.0+, macOS only) to create
split panes with zoom. Detection via TERM_PROGRAM=ghostty + AppleScript
probe, positioned last in chain after tmux/kitty/wezterm.
