deb: automate master-key generation in systemd unit (#663)

Add \--master-key-file /var/lib/sonde/master-key.hex\ and
\--generate-master-key\ to the default \ExecStart\ in the systemd
unit so the gateway generates its master key automatically on first
start. This eliminates the manual \openssl rand\, \chmod\/\chown\,
and \systemctl edit\ steps previously required after \dpkg -i\.

The key file is placed in \/var/lib/sonde/\ (already
\ReadWritePaths\) rather than \/etc/sonde/\ (which remains
\ReadOnlyPaths\ for security hardening). No pre-creation in
\postinst\ is needed — the gateway's \FileKeyProvider\ creates the
file atomically with mode 0o600 via \create_new(true)\.

Specification changes:
- GW-1503: add acceptance criterion 7 (auto-generated master key)
- Design §18.4: update systemd unit description
- Design §18.5: update Linux master key path
- T-1504: add step 10 asserting key file exists after first start

Documentation:
- Simplify deployment SOP step 5 (Linux) to serial-port-only config
- Add Linux data-files table matching Windows section
- Update troubleshooting entry
