fix(release): sync VS Code extension version with release-please
Wire the root Go release to bump packages/vscode-forst/package.json via
extra-files (JSON $.version). Set the extension to 0.0.15 and read that
version for LSP initialize clientInfo from package.json so it stays aligned
with future bumps without a duplicate literal.
