ci: replace nginx-ingress annotation with Traefik equivalent (#856)

* ci: restore 50m body size limit

- Replace nginx-ingress annotation with Traefik equivalent
- Add client_max_body_size 50m to internal nginx to match the previous
  50m limit that was dropped with the nginx-ingress annotation
