feat: add OverviewPage with charts and statistics for build performance

- Implement OverviewPage component to display overall test statistics
- Add pie chart for test distribution and area chart for 30-day trends
- Include recent builds and top failing projects sections
- Create helper functions for color coding and error handling

feat: enhance SettingsPage with Allure version management and disk usage section

- Add AllureVersionSection for viewing and updating Allure CLI version
- Implement DiskUsageSection to display storage usage and notification settings
- Update APIKeysSection layout for better responsiveness

refactor: update types to support new features

- Extend Report interface with optional fields for environment and project IDs
- Introduce new types for notifications, overview statistics, and disk usage
