refactor: remove `--no-dns-logging` flag

Removed the explicit `--no-dns-logging` flag in favor of standard log
level configuration. DNS query logs are now emitted at `DEBUG` level
instead of `INFO` to allow cleaner output by default.

- Removed `NoDnsLogging` field from `App` and `DNSDispatcher`.
- Updated `processQuestion` to use `Debug` level for logs.
- Simplified `NewDNSDispatcher` signature.
