Fix ILI9341 SDL emulator 90° CW rotation

Remove the s_horizontalLayout hack that swapped window dimensions
(320×240 instead of 240×320) and rotated pixel coordinates via
sdl_put_pixel(height-ry-1, rx, ...). The emulator now uses direct
(rx, ry) pixel placement with bounds checking, matching how the
IL9163 emulator works correctly. The MADCTL-based coordinate
transforms already handle all rotation modes properly.
