test(api): fix flaky resilience test by ensuring cache isolation

- Added 'new_full' to Client to allow custom cache path configuration.
- Updated MockApp and resilience tests to use unique, temporary cache directories per test instance.
- This prevents cross-test cache interference that was causing retry verification failures.
