test: expand unit coverage for typechecker, transformer, LSP, hasher, parser

- Cover ScopeStack (push/pop, find/restore, LookupVariableType) and scope type lookup
- Add transformer tests for expression helpers, import/output, and transformTypeIdent
- Exercise LSP extractFilename/extractPackagePath, severity mapping, and positionInRange
- Extend hasher structural cases and parser block-with-leading-comment handling
