  Add ChromaDB storage recovery and ERMrest alias guidance

  Handle ChromaDB persistent storage corruption (RustBindingsAPI
  migration) by catching ValueError/AttributeError in _ensure_client(),
  wiping the incompatible directory, and reinitializing. RAG data is
  re-crawlable so no permanent loss. Pin chromadb>=1.0,<2 to prevent
  surprise major version jumps.

  Add explicit WRONG/CORRECT example to the query guide showing that
  ERMrest rejects schema:table:column syntax in attribute projection and that
  table aliases are required for non-final tables in multi-hop paths.

  Update workplan-deriva-mcp-core.md with Dataset enrichment hook design.
