feat: enable fully automated releases on push to main (#12)

- Trigger release workflow on every push to main (not just tags)
- Auto-generate version from git describe (falls back to short SHA)
- Implement GoReleaser for cross-platform builds (linux/darwin/windows, amd64/arm64)
- Automatic Homebrew tap updates via GoReleaser integration
- Update actions/setup-go from v4 to v5
- Fix OSSF Scorecard action version v2.4.4 → v2.3.1

Every commit to main now creates a GitHub release with binaries for all platforms and updates the Homebrew tap formula.
