Add cross-struct method call support (#18)

Use pass.TypesInfo.Selections to resolve SelectorExpr calls to methods
on any struct type in the same file, not just the receiver. This replaces
the AST-only receiver matching with type-info resolution, enabling
cross-struct violation detection.
