feat(server): Add SSE-C encryption support for S3 binary storage (#8834)

* feat(server): Add SSE-C encryption support for S3 binary storage

Allow configuring Server-Side Encryption with Customer-Provided Keys (SSE-C) for S3 storage via the `sseCustomerKey` config option. When set, all S3 operations (upload, download, copy, presigned URLs) include SSE-C headers with AES256 encryption.
