test: cover scope helpers and expand hasher structural cases

Add scope tests for IsFunction/IsTypeGuard, parameter lookup, LookupVariableType,
String on nested scopes, and nil-node panics. Extend HashNode table with
destructured params, imports, type defs, ensure/if branches, import groups,
and direct writeHashAndNode coverage.
