test: broaden unit coverage across ast, parser, executor, and helpers

Add table-driven AST Kind/String tests (types, tokens, ensure/import branches),
parser tests for parseLiteral paths, control flow, and ParseError formatting,
plus focused tests for parseExecutionOutput, getDeclName, HashNode variants,
and logger constructors.
