test: add Go coverage for typecheck, generators, and executor

- Add validate_references and infer_assertion unit tests (refs, Value/Match paths)

- Add generators tests for declaration order and struct field sorting

- Add executor tests: unknown pkg/fn, typecheck failure, demo.Greet end-to-end

- Drop transformer no-op tests that only t.Logged historical bug notes
