fix(test): resolve symlinks in e2e test paths for macOS compatibility

On macOS, t.TempDir() returns /tmp/... but git rev-parse --show-toplevel
resolves symlinks to /private/tmp/..., producing different DB path hashes.
Resolve symlinks in gitSampleProject so the test path matches the CLI.
